But due to recents criticizing among the team squad, Kenny said: "This is a wrong way of knowing and understanding one another." But not criticizing and showing unhappiness to one another."

Meanwhile, on the 12th July 2009, Coach Kenny mentioned: "Solihin" and "Ahmad" had gave their full support to me and they are really really appreciated to me. I can understand they are sincere, honour and loyal people and they share the same views with me. They talk to me politely with respect, they address me politely with respect, they phone me up politely with respect, they send text messages to me politely with respect and sometimes, they will ask about me. They really shows their concern and care and they really respect me as a real Coach."

Kenny continued: "Rules are not set by the players, but the Management and the Coach. If players wants to set the rules here, then try building the goal post and everything in football. I think the players should be listening to me, and not I am the one listening to them. If players don't even know what is "Self-Respect" and "Disrepectful" to the Coach and players, then what is the point of coming here to learn and play football. Not only football, but things you do in your life. People who are "Disrepectful" are also known as "Lacking Of Courtesy", they will make mistake and will be recognized it. So, if they don't know what is "Respect" and don't obey the rules, they should "Shut Up. But not to come here to set the rules and to play and go."

He added: "I only know, "Solihin" and "Ahmad" are the only two players who can understand my feelings. They respect me and also respect football. They don't play football for reward, but they are sincere, honour and loyal people."

But it is not whether about who's going to listening to who. It is about the "Disciplinary". I am not going to talk about it, because I have saying it many many times, and it it pointless saying so much. If the players cannot even understand it, they will have to suffer tougher next time."

Coach Kenny Has Lots More Things To Pin On Player's Conduct, But Will Keep Silent, Close Eyes And Shut Ears.

After some unhappiness and conflicts in today's incident, Coach Kenny has lots more things to pin on player's conduct.

He continued: "I has lots more things to pin on it, from the first day till now and future. I watched them since I started KVFC, I watched them comes here and goes off. But now, some of them have changed, their behaviour and everything." Like I said: "I do not want to talk about them, I don't want to look at what happen and I don't want to hear anything from them. Kenny: "KVFC Jersey Is One Of The Earliest Plans And A Team Squad Should Not Have Any Hatred".

KVFC Manager Kenny had spoken of his plans of KVFC, online at KVFC Web Blog. And had also insisted, a team squad should not have any hatred.

He said: "First, I would like to talk about one of a KVFC plans. I do not know how many people will be reading KVFC Web Blog, but there are people around the world will browse through it. When we want to do something, it is always start from the beginning level and a mini step. Then slowly, we go on to a higher stage. Successful things doesn't comes straight away. We have to really put in a lot of efforts and sometimes we have to pay a price. Sometimes, it takes a few months, a few years and maybe many years to become successful. And "Patient" is the key."

He continued: "Why I said KVFC Jersey is one of the earliest plans. Firstly, a football team needs players, and that is very important. Secondly, When a team has players, we must also have our own Jersey. Not because to show off or a team must have a jersey. A team needs jersey is because, it is a first impression and a proper attire. But again, every player has to agree together to have a team jersey. Even if our team is just an ordinary production, we can build it together to become famous one day, you might not know."

Kenny also talked about a team squad should not have any hatred towards each other.

He explained: "Yes, definitely, a team squad should not have any hatred towards the team mates and one another. We got to face all kinds of people around, but there are different types of personality and characteristic. We have to accept it and learn from it, because if we hate one another, then there will be a havoc and fights going on. But if we can talk to each other politely, then there will be happiness among each other. But, we have to be calm and kind."

Day Break, Kenny Skipped Meeting And To Re-Appoint Assistant And Captain Position.

A Day Break this afternoon, while Kenny was fixing a new net to the goal post. In the evening, he had skipped the "R.C" meeting, but to do something more effective tomorrow. Kenny had also decided to re-appoint the assistant of KVFC and the Captain as well. But there are two different matters.

He said: "An assistant and a Captain is different. An assistant helps to carry out instruction, just like an assistant coach. But a Captain is different. In a match, the Captain is more important than the coach. Because the coach cannot come into the pitch. And it is always the Captain to talk to the referee, not the other team mates, not the coach and nobody else. But it is not easy to choose someone as an assistant and a Captain. So, right now, I think I need time to consider."

Kenny noted: "But what I need was a "Sensible" and "Responsible" Captain, who can take down daily attendance, which is highly important, who can take care of the players, who can take charge of the team squad, who can prepare the equipments, who can set-up the trainings and matches and who can understand football rules."

He added: "Maybe it is because of their age, but I do not think so. In my days at "F.C Bayern Muchen Singapore", or should I say in a "Youth Football Academy", the Captain of the club was age 8 to 12. Not only in Singapore, but around the world. So, what have I got to say about a Captain role, even you are a 3 year old kid. If you are "Sensible" enough."

Kenny: "No Fresh Players Needed, Current Team Squad Good Enough, But More Talkings.

Coach Kenny had hinted: "No fresh players are needed, but the current and existing team sqaud are good enough".

He said: "It is always better that players known each other, it is good that they are friends and now we are all very close to one another. A few of them lives near and a few of them slightly further away. But they continue to come here and it is really good enough to have a team squad like this. But again, if there are any fresh players, they will need some time to establish and understand KVFC."

Kenny added: "What I feel is, the players have to talk more among each other to have a good relation and communication. We should have more talkings to understand everyone and no unhappiness within anyone."

5th July 2009, 11:33 HRS:

Kenny: "We Will Always Remember Every Moments, Happy Is The Key".

Kenny pin-pointed: "We will always remember every moments. From the first day and further on, there are good and bad, happy and unhappy, so on. But every moments are precious, which are memoriable. We had been training ourselves and played so many matches, we have got our own football life. Most importantly, we have to be happy, because being happy is also keeping ourselves healthy. But still, I treated everyone the same and always welcome anyone."

4th July 2009, 21:28 HRS:

Boss Gives Nickname To Latest Players.

Ghosts Boss Kenny, have been thinking of suitable nicknames for the latest KVFC lads, but doesn't mean every player in a team squad would want it. At least something new.

"Solin" will be nicknamed: Sole Shoot "Solin". He is good in solo attacking and shoot the ball without any notice. But it is dangerous, because he can hurt or injured you. Be "Extra" careful.

"Bryan" will be nicknamed: Beat Bit "Bryan". You have to beat him bit by bit, to cross pass him. Otherwise he clears the ball immediately.

"Jeffrey" will be nicknamed: Traffic "Jeffrey". He could jam the ball and zoomed you ahead quickily, if you were tricked by him.

"Ryan" will be nicknamed: Runny "Ryan". He is fast and a good dribbling while running, a speedy striker as well. You have to tipped the ball before he tricked you.

"Ahmad" will be nicknamed: Armed "Ahmad". If he is in goal keeping form, he is armed if he gets the ball in hand, because he only eyes for the ball, but a little lack when players gets near him. So, he is armed if he gets the ball.

4th July 2009, 21:17 HRS:

Key Key Kenny Unsured And Undecided Position Role, After 101 Goals.

KVFC Coach Kenny, had just completed his 100th goal target, but had topped a 101 goals in today's KVFC 40th match. Even though he said he would like to take up goal keeping role, but he is still unsured and undecided in what position and role play.

He said: "I am unsured and undecided and I am also confussed. Because, before I take up any position or role, I hope the players listen to me. I believe, for so many football moments we have been through. I had never force anyone or even scold anyone. I treat everyone like a human and I also hope the players will listen to my instruction. As a coach, any coach would want the players listen to him and show respect to each other. But, in order to improve our football team, we have to get the every players together and communicate together. Everyone of us comes here like a family and as a own team, so we got to do positive things in a right and suitable situation."

Example: "When we played the last goal rule, both sides will try to score the last goal and win the game. So, whether a win or a lose, it is just an experience to learn. But if you play a match with standard form and international rules, you cannot decide the game play and rules and you cannot change the decision of the referee. But today's match was wonderful, both sides are controlling the game and both sides are defensive."

It is just like doing business, one person alone needs manpower and reinenforcement. We start from the begining and then slowly we can make great archivement."

Because, KVFC is named after a Swedish automotive company "Koenigsegg Automotive AB", and the logo of "Ghostman" is part of their relation. So, the "Ghostman" is very important.

1st July 2009, 22:27 HRS:

1st July 2009, 12:10 HRS:

Kenny On: KVFC Jersey Plans Still Active, 20 Players To Agreed And "Solin" Confirmed.

Ghosts Manager Kenny, had unveiled the planning of KVFC jersey still in progress and active. But, only if there are a minimum of 20 players agreed in the project, and then everything will then be solved. And within minutes, "Solin" had immediately confirmed. His name will be "Solihin" and had taken number "13".

Some of the players earlier replied, but not confirmed yet. They are: "Shang Qing": "3", "Deon": "6", "Clement": "7", "Chung Chi": "8", "Gordon": "9", "Faiz": "10", "Syafiq": "11", "Peng Hui": "12" and "Justin": "23".

The Boss said: "I think most of the players know that I had already planned to order jersey for our KVFC team sqaud, which I had planned it long ago. But, doesn't mean it can be settle by one day, doesn't mean that one player agree and the others don't agree, doesn't mean it can be order just one jersey, and so on.

The main problem is that, everyone has to agreed and then everything will then be solved. And to order a set of jersey from the manufacturer, it must to have at least a minimum of 20 sets. So, if one player agree and then the other players don't, it will be difficult to order the jersey.

So, right now, I am awaiting for an answer from the players."
